I found one…LOL…

I picked up a bottle of Peter Coppola Volume Explosion (volume supporting foam), and it actually works…

Problem is, I can’t find it on Amazon to buy…LOL…and it was a lone soldier on the shelf at Home Sense…

The liquid is green, in a clear bottle, with a foam creating pump (non-aerosol) that’s white…If you find it, and you are looking for a volume boost…this is it!

It’s a leave-in product you apply after you towel dry your hair, and is made with a soyagen complex, which consists of soy protein, vitamins and jojoba oils.

It gave me good volume without being heavy…You all know, I have extremely long hair that is naturally curly…It doesn’t weigh down my curls.

Also, many times, when you use a volumizer, it takes away your shine…Not this one; it actually enhances shine.

I’m almost out of it and I’m getting a little sad…LOL…

Especially when I get stressed out, I crave going for a jog.

I can see the trees go by, smell the lilacs as I jog past, and get some fresh air. It’s just you and the road with your thoughts…

If you don’t feel like thinking, it’s easy to be distracted by everything going on around you.

When you feel frustrated and like you can’t get anywhere in your thoughts, going for a jog gives you a feeling of accomplishment…

My biggest piece of advice:

Make sure you’re wearing good shoes for jogging…Otherwise, you can cause yourself a lot of grief with your joints, especially your knees (in my case).

I thought I had some great shoes that I was wearing for the past few weeks, but my knee started hurting more and more as the days go on.

I switched my shoes out today to a different brand, my older ones, and I was able to jog for about 40 min today! Yeahhh! My limiting factor was my knee, not me being tired…

Well, just wanted to share my advice!

I was driving yesterday, and admittedly I was on the cell phone…I was feeling a little bit like a rebel until I saw the girl driving next to me.

She was about 22 or so, and was painting her nails a hot pink color while she was driving! Yes, people…do you know what kind of skill that takes?

I could not believe my eyes…I’ve seen people putting lipstick on, eyeliner, even mascara, and I thought that was pushing it, but painting your nails! Wow…That’s something new!!!

* Tip: Do Not Try This In Your Own Car!!! In fact, if you see someone doing this in a car near you, maneuver your car away from theirs…

* Tip: Problem is, I didn’t see if she did a good job…Her whole fingers might have been hot pink too! LOL

Well, I shot with my favorite photographer on Thursday this past week…

We would have to pick the cloudiest day ever…LOL…Even though we got some sunshine in the afternoon, the little bitty flies that are prevalent right now by Lake Ontario were so bad, we could hardly trudge through them…

So, we shot all day long indoors, with some really great shots that I cannot wait to see! We did 9 sets, and should have some really amazing photos to show for it! Yeah!!!

I will post them as soon as I receive them! Can’t wait!

As I said yesterday, I went on vacation this week, on last minute notice…”Up North” as us Ontarians call it…

It was great, and just what I needed…Some rest, relaxation, good food, time with my dogs, sunshine & surf…

I was practically the only person in that little town, well, no tourists yet for sure (that’s why I don’t want to say where this little paradise is…LOL)…It was very serene and quiet! Peaceful…

I thought I’d be able to catch up with a little bit of work online, but no dice…No wireless internet! LOL…

I was probably better off without it anyway, as I am known to be a workaholic…LOL…It MADE me relax…The whole time I was there!

Alright, so I went on a last minute vacation this week!

Just wanted to say “Hello” since I’ve been away for 1 week up in cottage country in Ontario!

I had a very relaxing time “Up North”, spending most of my time on the beach and in the hot tub!

However, I’m home now, after some tears watching the beach disappear in my rear-view mirror…

…And with being home, I am getting back into the swing of things with 2 photo shoots this week, and possibly another next week!

Just wanted to update you and tell you I’ll be posting tomorrow!
