Gosh, that doesn't sound good in any context, does it?
Well, it's not. It's unsightly, can create an awful aroma that wafts from your nails, socks or shoes, and can be painful to boot.
It's important that your foot health is taken very seriously, because those two feet of yours is what you have to walk on every day for the rest of your life.
Also referred to medically as onychomycosis, fungi that affect toenails can also affect the nail beds of your fingers.

If you say you've never had an issue with sweat marks in your life, as a woman, you're lying...
I don't believe it. It's something that me, as well as all my close girlfriends and women in my family have spoken about and shared our secrets with each other.
We all want to stop underarms sweat sometimes, don't we?
I don't mind sweating. I loved living in Australia & in the Southern USA. Summer is my favorite season. I love working hard in the yard, playing sports, going for a run, wrestling Read more [...]
A while back, my parents and I did a bit of a wine tour of our scenic, local wineries in Niagara.
I loved the wine I tasted at Stonechurch Vineyards, and we had a bit of a stroll through their gift shop area.
Mom and I found these very interesting little soaps made from wine.
Their soaps are called "Fruit of the Vine Wine Soap" from Stonechurch Vineyards, made of a glycerine base.
They had a wide variety of brilliant and beautiful colors to choose from, so we grabbed a few.

Tonight, I used the very last bit of Pikake Lei Body Wash from Bubble Shack Hawaii in the shower...
...I was very sad as this is one of the most fantastic scents I've ever smelled, especially for a beauty product.
It's tropical, floral, sweet and amazing, to say the least.
The bottle I've shown you on the left in this post is their 5-in-1 Wash for Hands, Hair, Body and the Face, as well as a Bubble Bath enhanced with Aloe and Shea. It's also organic!
It has a great lather and I especially Read more [...]

As a woman, and especially a model, I wear make-up.
Many photo shoots & projects require extensive make-up for special effects, or for the glamorous look, or creative shoots. There are times where the make-up feels like it weighs 10 lbs, and feels caked on, and it can be very difficult to effectively remove this make-up
Last night, upon returning home from an entire day of shooting, after 6 looks, my face was caked with serious make-up and by the last look, my eyes were very smokey and Read more [...]
So, I learned something new yesterday that I didn't realize before from Farhana of Maquillage by Farhana, while she was doing my make-up.
She told me that you can lightly apply sunscreen on the ends of your hair to protect them from the sun's damaging rays.
Farhana says this prevents your hair drying out and causing split ends.
In other words, use a light sunscreen that's easy to apply and thin in nature, so you don't grease up and weigh hair down, but so that it protects your hair from Read more [...]
When I'm looking for a body lotion, I prefer ones that are non-greasy and smell amazing and "fresh".
That's just what I found to be true with Arbonne's Unwind Aromassentials Body Lotion.
If you were all unaware, I am the founder of LivingPink.info for Breast Cancer. This past year, a local Arbonne consultant, Lesley Dionissopoulos, took part as a sponsor for the “Living Pink Through Fashion” Show for Breast Cancer at Crystal Beach, Ontario. I say all of this because, as a special thank Read more [...]
I stumbled across this online beauty supply the other day when I was searching for Hair Brushes.
I was impressed with the selection they had on the site in not just brushes, but in any category you can think of for beauty supplies.
Now, I wish I had checked online before looking at new Hair Dryers at the local Shopper's Drug Mart in a pinch. It would have been worth the wait to get something I would have preferred, of better quality and power, not to mention a cheaper price.
I mean, check Read more [...]
I hate giving bad reviews. I like to follow the motto of "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all."
However, I absolutely cannot let others use this product and have the same result as I got.
Because of the increase in stress in my life recently, from becoming host of a reality TV show - Model Rage International, opening up my own modeling & talent agency, and working on my jewelry line, I have had some breakouts on my face this week.

I've had accupuncture a few times for various reasons...
However, the biggest reason for any accupuncture is to repair your body so it performs optimally.
Accupuncture keeps your body's vital energy, or Qi, flowing in harmony through your body.
Practiced in parts of Asia for over 4000 years by ancient Chinese physicians, accupuncture nowadays is a part of Oriental Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine and is well recognized as a complimentary type of alternative medicine recognized Read more [...]
