What many of you may not know is that I love to cook. In fact, I have my own cooking website, CookingWithKimberly.com Seeing that I spend a lot of time in Texas, we eat a lot of Tex-Mex & fabulous authentic Mexican food, especially wonderful during Cinco de Mayo festivities. What’s very unfortunate is that spicy food, topped with lime, mucho margaritas, or mucho cerveza can cause upset tummies, tummy aches and indigestion at it’s best. So, for those people out there that love to celebrate Mexicano-style, Pepto Bismol could be the answer. Wow – I really must apologize for taking so long of a hiatus from blogging on my site. Once you read these 8 reasons below, you should understand why I’ve been MIA for so long. I’ve been a very busy girl. *** 1. I’ve been extremely busy with Modeling this past year. So many shoots, so little time. Lots of fun, lots of publications and lots of great professionals in the fashion industry I’ve been working with. I was the poster child for the New Zealand YMCA, across Canada on Tana Shoe Spray boxes in stores, walking tons of runways including LG Fashion Week by L’Oreal Paris for Baby Steinberg and in the “Living Pink Through Fashion” Show for Breast Cancer, and have been featured in many fashion designers clothing & catalogs or websites. You can also find me in the 2011 “Living Pink Through Fashion” Calendar – Get one autographed @ LivingPink.info. Spotting Celebrities in Kissimmee, Florida

That’s right folks… Hollywood isn’t the only place to spot celebs – from Mickey Mouse to Tiger Woods to Burt Reynolds, and everyone in between, frequents Kissimmee and the surrounding area! * Be sure to enter the sweepstakes from Kissimmee! They’re actually giving away 3 fabulous weekend getaways for 2, and 2 week long vacations for 4 around June 1st! As for me, it would certainly be Emeril Lagasse – You know, the “Bam” and “Kick it up a notch” guy on Food Network Television! I’m a serious foodie, as most of you know – check out CookingWithKimberly.com – and he would definitely be the best celeb to run into there! Why? Not only is he a barrel of laughs and would probably want to ride all the roller coasters and rides in Orlando with us, but he has 2 restaurants there – Emeril’s Orlando and Emeril’s Tchoup Chop! Plus, I’m certain he knows all the great places to eat around there!!! I would love a dish made by him, himself! Yum!!! He’s one of my foodie heroes and I always enjoy watching him on television – especially since he loves to creat cajun and creole food, as I lived in Louisiana for 2 yrs in university! My perfect day? Taking in the amusement parks, and eating our meals and snacks @ his restaurants or his favorite local spots! How fun would that be? What celebrity would you most like to run into there? Proof That Green Tea Has Caffeine

Well, if you know me, you’ll know that I’m crazy about green tea… Contrary to popular belief, probably because green tea is touted to be such a healthy drink for you, green tea has lots of caffeine in it…If you stopped drinking regular black tea because you were trying to cut caffeine out…well, let me tell you that this is not the case. However, Green Tea has many antioxidants and is good for you nonetheless… I found a neat test for you to try to see how “caffeined up” you get…LOL…I was deemed a “vibrating crackhead”…I was wondering why I can get so much done and talk so much after I’ve had my green tea…LOL Check it out: I love Green Tea so much, that I often include it some of my recipes featured at CookingWithKimberly.com…Check some of them out here: 1.
