That's right, people...
Today, I'm posting after a bit of a hiatus. With a crazy year of crises, that I certainly won't get into here, there is, and I dare say it prematurely, a sense of control regained, which will allow me to spend more time here. :)
I've been working on 'me' this year...
So, without further adieu...

As many of you may already know, I'm quite an adventurous girl when it comes to travel and travel experiences.
I have swam with whale sharks, been in the water with crocodiles bigger than our boat, swam in jellyfish infested waters, para-sailed over the Everglades, hot air ballooned, and so much more I couldn't even get into it all here.
Yes, that's me in that photo to your right hand side. It's a photo of me trekking through King's Canyon in Central Australia back in the 90s. What an experience!
However,

I have recently added a new album to my Facebook Fan Page called "Fun & Bloopers".
Photo Above: Cast from Brio Commercial (Toronto, CA).
This photo album is a mixed compilation of photos from shoots and other projects, which are mostly behind the scenes shots catching me being silly.

When I added this album, I did so to share not only what goes on

When you are an intrinsic giver, a gift I like to think God bestows on special people, sometimes you just give way too much of yourself...
...at the end of the day, you have nothing left to fuel yourself on anymore...Drained by the world, what they want from you, what they need, on their terms...
...Trust in God, not man. Give man (the world) and inch, and they'll take a mile from you...

If you don't already know, I am a serious movie lover...
I don't have a lot of time to myself since I've been so very busy working online, modeling & acting.
However, in the rare chance I get some good free time, I greatly enjoy watching movies of almost any kind. I'm not crazy about horror movies, but love thrillers...
My mother enjoys crocheting, and will watch movies while she does so - so I often get to watch movies in the background of what I'm working on online too.
When we

Wow - I really must apologize for taking so long of a hiatus from blogging on my site.
Once you read these 8 reasons below, you should understand why I've been MIA for so long. I've been a very busy girl.
***
1. I've been extremely busy with Modeling this past year. So many shoots, so little time. Lots of fun, lots of publications and lots of great professionals in the fashion industry I've been working with.
I was the poster child for the New Zealand YMCA, across Canada on Tana Shoe

That's right, people...
...This girl is ready for a vacation - somewhere exotic, warm, beautiful, far away on a beach somewhere!
Maybe on a mountaintop somewhere or in a ski lodge...
Honestly, I just need a little time "out of the ordinary"...the usual grind online, researching real estate or making shoots...
...just a little down-time!
So, I've been looking around onine at some deals for all kinds of vacations - all-inclusive or otherwise.
What I found was unbelievable deals, especially

My husband and I are about to buy a house that will need electrical repair - almost a re-do.
So, instead of repairing it traditionally, we're taking the opportunity to completely exchange the old system out for solar lighting and electricity.
Now, you may not have that opportunity, but that doesn't mean you can't use solar powered items to be more green, and save on electricity costs.
Whether you're looking for functional security lights or decorative, festive lights for any occassion, you'll

Are you serious? I just got back last night from Dallas and it just happens to be the day before it's supposed to snow!
It snowed tonight in Buffalo, Toronto tomorrow and we're supposed to get freezing rain and possibly snow tomorrow night!
My goodness...So, it begins!
Once winter begins here, it lingers until end of April or so...
The later it starts, the happier us sun-lovers are in Canada, but it has happened to snow many times before Halloween...
I'm still praying it doesn't

My husband and I have a contract in on a house down here in Dallas right now - to actually live in ourselves for a change! LOL...
We look at houses on a daily basis for our real estate investing and don't really get our feathers ruffled by any pretty houses...However, when both of us saw this one - we both knew it had to be ours because we were oohing & ahhing every few seconds and just couldn't stop thinking about it!
We have been waiting almost 1 week for the bank to tell us if they'll

I do a lot of working outside in the yard and gardens in Niagara Falls and in Dallas.
Hot days can fell very long and boring when you don't have any amusement other than weeding, bagging and mowing.
Garden wind chimes (aside from reminding me of the movie "The Hand That Rocks The Cradle"...LOL), make working in the yard much more fun, peaceful and tranquil.
You stop concentrating on all the hard labor you're doing and enjoy their beautiful sounds.
I like the bamboo and shell type
