On January 1st, 2010, I will release my newest endeavor – my jewelry line.

Well, if you know me and my style, I love things that are edgy, gorgeously glamorous and super trendy. I’m sort of a diva when it comes to fashion…

Jewelry is the glitz of your outfit that defines your style. It should make you feel beautiful, confident, strong and powerful – that’s how I feel when I wear something amazing!

If it’s not over the top, unique, and something that will make people turn around in their tracks to get a second look, it’s not in my jewelry line. I am pushing the boundaries and embellishing to the hilt.

I believe in having fun with fashion whenever you want to dress it up…my jewelry is very wearable.

Finally, I’ll be able to find the jewelry I want to wear because I’m making it the way I want it!

You will be seeing a lot more of my fashion jewelry in my photo shoots as well, so keep your eye out.

Each piece of my jewelry is made by me! Guaranteed…

I will announce the name of the jewelry line when it launches.

This charity event’s proceeds go to Hamilton Out of the Cold to feed Hamilton’s homeless.

Cirque de Soleil brings you a mixture of comedy, dancing styles such as tap, hip hop, eccentric dance and slapstick all brought together with a hilarious, roller-coaster-like story of adventures.

No, it’s not a circus. It’s not a musical. It’s not even a variety show or vaudeville…

It’s just wacky fun with intense choreography…Check it out for yourself:

I’ve never had the opportunity to see Cirque de Soleil except for some clips on the television, but I really would love to!

Now, this show sounds like it’s just a mixture of everything and that it will be intensely entertaining…I would really love to be able to see this one.

Apparently, this show is about Schmelky – a grumpy and cruel producer – that tantalizes Emmett, a young and romantic actor that auditions for him, with fame and fortune. Soon, Emmett finds himself immersed in a crazed and flamboyant world of crazy characters all under the supreme terrorous reign of Schmelky. Emmett falls in love with a leading lady and meets the Banana Man.

I’m not sure what the Banana Man is all about…I think maybe Emmett befriends him and they knock Schmelky out of his dictatorship! Hmmm??? That’s my opinion. LOL

RedBox is a machine, often found in or outside of your local grocery stores, convenience stores, super stores or drug stores that you can rent newly released and classic movie DVDs for $1 per night.

You have to use your credit card, so be prepared. You scroll through that machine’s collection and choose your movie(s) for the night.

You’ll receive it out of a little slot in the machine, which is also where you’ll return the DVD to.

You will be charged $1 per night, so be aware of that while you have the rental DVD out.

Yes, it knows your information too because you have to register with your credit card before you can rent.

It’s an automated touch screen, so it’s really easy to use.

I found a really neat website today, ParentsConnect.com, where you can go to get updated on fun activities and events for the entire family in your own local area! Especially great for teens and pre-teens!

That’s right! In fact, you can even install the widget on many of your social networking platforms or your own website so you can be up to date on the coolest events going on…

…Great for summer, right? Absolutely, with the kids off on vacation from school, I’m sure they’re looking for some fun, and as parents, I’m sure you can’t wait to spend some great, quality time, outside for a change, with your children!

I’m excited to see what’s new and exciting around our area that where we could go and have some fun.

I just looked up our area and the Ringling Bros Circus is in town – Well, they’re having a free Elephant Block Party tonight for people to come and enjoy some circus clown antics, as well as a an elephant parade, where the handlers will be walking the elephants for the public to see.

Now, I’m not crazy about circuses because I’m never sure how the animals are treated, so I don’t like to support them by buying a ticket to go see them, but I will go see for myself for free, and I’ll get a chance to see some of the most majestic creatures on the planet! Elephants!

Find Fun Family Events and Activities in Your Local Area is a post from: Life of Kimberly Edwards

Alright people, many of you may not know that I am a dreamer – a serious dreamer.

Often, the dreams I have come true in some shape or form – sometimes sooner than later.

I dream just about every night, so you may be in for a treat.

This is a rare glimpse into my dream-life – also, it will help me document them too.

Now, I have “normal” dreams everyone else does, with purple cats & dogs and wild adventures where I’m flying…I even have the odd nightmare, much less than I used to, by the way, where I am trying to run but don’t seem to be getting anywhere or I’m being attacked and try to scream but nothing comes out…

…but as I said earlier, I have some serious dreams of foresight too.

I can really surprise my family at times with the dreams I tell them about that either show them I’ve seen something I wouldn’t have otherwise ever known about, or tell them something that will happen. I’ve even told my mother to be careful one day in the kitchen, so as to save her from potential harm and injury – and it helped – but that’s a story for another day – of course, I’ll share these interesting things with you as we go!

Please do not get this mistaken – God offers me a glimpse, for whatever reason, into what may happen.

Sometimes, they are dreams of fore-warning, sometimes meant for an encouragement to people.

However, when I have “that kind of dream”, I just know it – I can’t really explain how I do, but when I have one, I am well aware it’s one to file in my memory banks not to forget for the future.

Some dreams I will tell you, and some I may need to keep tucked under my hat. I do whatever the Lord “instructs” me, and determine that either by Him telling me directly in my dream or otherwise, or by my “gutt” feeling.

So, I hope you enjoy my dreams, compare them with your own, and feel free to interpret dreams, as there are Christian dream interpreters out there.

I must ask, though, if you are not interpreting my dreams in a Christian light, and instead by a “worldly” or psychological light, please refrain.

To be clear – I am NOT a pyschic by any means!!!

Some people who are fellow Christians label me as a “dreamer” with the gift of “prophesying”.

That may be deep for some of you, but to me, it’s everyday life…

What I have learned, however, by studying what dreams are all about is that they are a communication with God. Sometimes, you may feel you have a “crazy”, “strange” dream, but they are a way for God to communicate with you.

Know Why?
Probably because God has your undivided attention – you can’t over-talk or interrupt Him. All you need to do is listen, take it in, and remember it in the morning! LOL…

My father-in-law has been encouraging me to write down my dreams to “inspect” them and to be able to revisit them in the future, if necessary.

As I haven’t been doing a really great job at doing this, and only writing down the dreams I feel are “worthwhile”, I may be missing some serious lessons. So, I’m going to try to do better and this Dream Journal should help me do just that.

So, not only is this dream journal for your “entertainment” and interest, but it is valuable to me and will help me with developing my inner spiritual ear!
