When I’m looking for a body lotion, I prefer ones that are non-greasy and smell amazing and “fresh”.

That’s just what I found to be true with Arbonne’s Unwind Aromassentials Body Lotion.

If you were all unaware, I am the founder of LivingPink.info for Breast Cancer. This past year, a local Arbonne consultant, Lesley Dionissopoulos, took part as a sponsor for the “Living Pink Through Fashion” Show for Breast Cancer at Crystal Beach, Ontario. I say all of this because, as a special thank you for taking part in this event, Lesley gave me and my assistants special Arbonne goodie bags! (Thank you, Lesley!)

One of the awesome things in my special bag was this body lotion. It’s made with chamomile for calmness and ylang ylang for relaxation, which is something I’m often in desperate need of! LOL To prove that statement, the show was way back in August, and I only just broke out my body lotion a few weeks ago now, and it’s end of January!

Anyway, this lotion, again, is non-greasy, and smells very fresh and “spa-like”. Not only that, it does a nice job lightly moisturizing. Great for when you just get out of the shower!

I would definitely grab another bottle of this body lotion again.

Needless to say, Lesley Dionissopoulos is an awesome lady, and is not only very friendly & helpful, is very knowledgeable in not only Arbonne products, but in natural & organic products. Recently, I’ve had the opportunity to try out Alyria’s Clarifying Cleanser that’s Oil Free from their Skin Optimizing System.

If you were all unaware, I am the founder of LivingPink.info for Breast Cancer. This year, a Toronto cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Martin Jugenburg, was a speaker at our “Living Pink Through Fashion” Show for Breast Cancer at Crystal Beach, Ontario. He spoke about new procedures for breast reconstruction for patients that have had mastectomies or lumpectomies. I say all of this because as a thank you for being a part of our event, he gave me and my assistants skin care goodie bags. (Thank you, Dr. Jugenburg!)

Anyway, this cleanser worked very well, and I really enjoyed it. In fact, it has lasted me since September and it is now end of January because you only use a small amount.

It lathers up in a fantastic way, which I love because I have a pet peeve of my face feeling greasy after washing it with some cleansers. It also smells fresh.

My face, during the time I was using this Alyria cleanser, looked renewed, younger, and was virtually blemish free the entire time.

I am impressed with it, and am a bit sad that it’s gone!!! I’m going to have to get some more of this stuff. It’s worth it.

Anyway, I just wanted to share with you a beauty product I enjoyed, because we all hate wasting good money on products that just don’t work or you simply won’t like.

I just finished a jar of Nightly Improvement Treatment Formula from Joan Rivers Results Skin Care my mother gave me to try.

I’m not sure what to say about it – I don’t like the smell…but my mother loves it! She says it smells fresh & clean to her.

I felt as though it worked satisfactorily, but nothing over and above a bottle of “oil of beauty” from WalMart.

My husband hates the smell of it – in fact, he almost has an allergic reaction if he comes in contact with it…

I wish I could give you more, but I wasn’t sold on this product. My mother, on the other hand, loves it.

I hate giving bad reviews. I like to follow the motto of “if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all.”

However, I absolutely cannot let others use this product and have the same result as I got.

Because of the increase in stress in my life recently, from becoming host of a reality TV show – Model Rage International, opening up my own modeling & talent agency, and working on my jewelry line, I have had some breakouts on my face this week.

I can’t afford to have blemishes because my face is my business.

I tried this product called Clear Zit. It works with Benzoyl Peroxide and states “dries and cleans blemishes without overdrying skin” on the tube.

I put it on before I went to bed on my trouble spots and went to sleep. I could feel it “working” as it stung slightly.

When I woke up in the morning, washed my face and looked in the mirror, I was a bit concerned as each spot was slightly reddened.

As the day wore on, the spots got darker and darker. Today, it is 2 days and the spots are bigger and almost purplish.

Not only is there the color change, but my skin is extremely itchy and irritated – worse than bad mosquito bites. It’s driving me nuts.

The worst part about it is I am filming 4 videos today.

It did dry out the blemishes and removed them, but these blotches on my face are disconcerting to say the least!

If you’re looking for a good solution for blemishes, this is not the product you want to use, especially as a model! Stick to toothpaste for now!

My mother got me an absolutely stunning royal blue Nicole Lee USA purse last month for my birthday.

It’s quite a bit larger than I’m used to, but I’ve fallen in love with it. (This photo absolutely does not do this purse and it’s color justice!)

It’s faux croc print, but made of leather and has about 1 dozen half zippers running right up from the bottom to the top of the purse.

It comes complete with two chunky tassles on each end at the top. The top of the purse is smaller than the bottom and it actually has a zipper to close it.

I’m usually very partial to purses with a lot of compartments, but I’m dealing just find with this one – it has a few pockets on the inside that hold things like your lip glosses, pen or sunglasses. Then a zipped pocket for more important things.

I overcame the “deep hole” purse syndrome by using a larger, more organized check book wallet.

With beautiful chunky accents of silver meetal this is one stylish purse and a must-have for fall!

This is my first Nicole Lee purse and I’m glad I have one – the girl’s got pizazz!

I own a lot of perfume, but stick to my few favorites that are “signature fragrances” for me!

I love Wild Musk by Coty – Now, before you go getting your knickers in a knot, it doesn’t smell the same on everybody!

If my mother tries to wear it, it smells like lemons on her. A few friends have tried it because they liked it on me, and found similar malfunctions.

I guess, it has to do with your own personal body chemisty and what scents smell best on you. This is one of the ones that is a perfect match on me, my sister and my mother-in-law…

On me, it is soft, subtle, musky and romantic. You can’t use too much, so it’s great for teens that try to use a lot of perfume – it won’t overpower…

Not everyone can wear musk, from what I’m told.

I loved it when I was younger because it was inexpensive and I could use it all the time!

Today, in fact, I’m wearing this, by chance…

Now, if you’re looking to get kissed on the neck later on in the day…LOL…this isn’t a great choice…My hubby hates the taste of it…it’s bitter…LOL…

This might be a good boy repellent for your teen though…LOL

What’s fabulous about this purchase, is that if you don’t like the smell on you, it wasn’t expensive and you can give it to someone else that loves it!

The Coolest Photo Frame Yet is a post from: Life of Kimberly Edwards

I want it to be a reasonable price, moisturize, smell great and not be greasy.

Believe it or not, I get all of that in Suave Skin Therapy Natural Oatmeal Moisturizer.

It rocks! It smells fabulous, does it’s job moisturizing, and is totally not greasy at all!

In fact, I can rub it on my hands, and easily use my keyboard on the computer within seconds after. Completely greaseless!

I love this stuff!

Also, it does a great job with that dry, winter skin and hands that get washed umpteen times per day, like mine!

I tried the Coryse Salomé Performance Or Refining Eye Contour Gel.

Did I Like It?
Sure, I think it’s a solid eye cream that you are able to use day or night to moisturize those eyes.

It’s nice and thick, but not greasy.

I feel it has done a nice job…

* Tip: I often like to moisten my fingertips with water before I apply the cream, so that some more moisture is carried along for the ride.

I can’t find that actual product to show you, but Coryse Salomé has some others that I’m sure would be worthy of a try.

Firstly, it smells nice, but a little more perfumey than I would choose if I shopped to buy products at the store.

The shampoo has amazing latherability! I used about 1/2 of what I usually would with other shampoos and I was able to generously work it through my long hair.

It rinses out nicely and leaves your hair squeaky clean…There’s something about that squeaky clean that I enjoy, especially after a hard workout or working on rehabbing a house.

The conditioner coated my hair and lasted well through the combing process. However, the sample size is apparently not for people with long hair because I should have used double what they gave me to be comfortable.

My hair had nice body after it dried and was quite shiny too, probably due to the volumizing cream…It didn’t feel greasy to the touch, nor did it make my hair look or feel greasy.

All in all, I would give this system a thumbs up!

It is easy to distribute through wet hair and does a phenomenal job aiding in detangling in the shower…

Now, I have super long hair, if you didn’t already know, and it can be difficult with conditioners that don’t adequately coat the hair long enough to comb through it in the shower.

It is very conditioning and moisturizing without being greasy. It also has a great ability of dealing with frizzy flyaways.

It provides me with good volume and body too!
