Everyday Makeup – The Right Way!
2008
I Stumbled this great video that holds sooo true (add me as a friend @ Stumble Upon)!
I was the girl that did make-up for my friends…Natural looking make-up that enhances your features is really all you need to do!
I hope you enjoy this video by a Make-Up Artist named Annie:
1. I never wear foundation – I take care of my skin so that it is evenly toned…
2. I use Orchid Gel by Dimitri James’ SKINN line! I swear by it! It gives you a matte finish on your face without being cakey or having color…It’s a beautiful orchid purple color…Feels great and lasts ALL Day! I swear by it!!!
2. Only use cover up on spots, if you have them, but don’t cake it! I use the Triple Cover Conceal Wheel by Dimitri James’ SKINN line!
3. A hint of blush – I use a sun-kissed glow shade.
4. CURL YOUR EYELASHES!!! I would say that most women do not curl their eyelashes…Many times, I just do this and don’t apply mascara at all! What a big of a difference…It makes you look younger and fresh! They may look scary, but they work wonders and are cheap!
5. I wear Revlon’s Lash Fantasy in either Blackened Brown or Black depending on my mood and outfit! This is the best mascara I have used…I also swear by it!
6. I always apply some type of ChapStick-type lip balm first, then ALWAYS a super shiny, clear lip gloss – maybe with a tint of pink…
That’s it! Ready to go in less than 10 minutes for sure!!!
I hope you enjoyed today’s installment of Through the Eyes of Kimberly Edwards! Until next time…
