Okay...It's not just me...
I am a clean shoe fanatic! It is an extremely rare occurrence that you'll EVER see me in some dirty running shoes.
There's no reason for it. You CAN wash running shoes in the washing machine, and they come out like new if you do it correctly!
So many people are afraid of washing their running shoes...Why? I do not know!
Firstly, spray them with stain remover for tough stains...If they're just dingy, there's no need.
Secondly, wash them in the warm Read more [...]
If you're a girl that likes glitter like I do, chances are you have a lot of clothing with glitter on them.
Do you worry about washing them in the washing machine and losing all of the glitz?
If so, here's a few simple, easy ways to help keep the glitter on your clothing instead of washing it down the drain:
1. Wash them in cold water: If you wash them in warm, you're more likely to melt the adhesive that holds your glitter on.
2. Wash them on the delicate cycle: If you have this cycle Read more [...]
As you all know, I have VERY long hair, and I'm always trying to ensure that it is healthy and happy!

Jenny D, my hair stylist, gave me a tip so as not to dry out your hair in the shower.
Most of us take warm or hot showers, and most of us probably wash our hair first before you do anything else.
You probably also condition your hair lastly!
What happens to your hair in during the middle Read more [...]

I got a sample in the mail of the Sunsilk Anti-Flat Shampoo, Sunsilk Anti-Flat Conditioner and Sunsilk Anti-Flat Weightless Volumizing Creme.
Firstly, it smells nice, but a little more perfumey than I would choose if I shopped to buy products at the store.
The shampoo has amazing latherability! I used about 1/2 of what I usually would with other shampoos and I was able to generously work it through my long hair.
It rinses out nicely and leaves your hair squeaky clean...There's something Read more [...]

Firstly, this conditioner smells like an Orange Creamsicle! Yummy & so very unexpected from this grey, professional, salon-looking bottle! Love that!
It is easy to distribute through wet hair and does a phenomenal job aiding in detangling in the shower...
Now, I have super long hair, if you didn't already know, and it can be difficult with conditioners that don't adequately coat the hair long enough to comb through it in the shower.
It is very conditioning and moisturizing without Read more [...]

Being as sweet as pie doesn't take any more effort than being rude or grumpy...

Again another Rachel Perry fragrance victory...Delicious smell of a Tangerine Dream!
It is a pleasure to wake up in the morning to wash your face to this fresh, tangy scent!
A bottle of Rachel Perry Tangerine Dream Foaming Facial Cleanser seems to be a generous portion of face wash, and I especially like foaming facial cleansers, although they are often touted to dry your face out too much.
However, this foaming cleanser is specially formulated so that it doesn't strip your skin of vital Read more [...]

First of all, I absolutely love the smell of Rachel Perry products and this particular one is no exception!
First of all, this Perfectly Clear Herbal Antiseptic smells great...Fresh, clean and natural, as it should.
It is a large bottle - 8 oz. - that lasts quite some time!
I love the fact that it has a twist and squirt cap that allows you to easily, and with more control, squirt the astringent onto a cotton pad or ball.
Most importantly, it does work. My face has been much clearer Read more [...]

Last night, we watched "The Eye" with Jessica Alba. Now, I've liked Jessica Alba since she first starred in Dark Angel on television.
The previews made us think that this movie might be a little too scary for me to watch, but we pursued it. I said we'd just turn it off if I couldn't handle it...LOL...
I was a little worried at times, but it was all good.
Pleasantly surprised at how good the movie was, and the great story line behind the movie impressed us.
We thought it might just be Read more [...]
I read a neat post today @: How to Deal with the Swear Jar
