Anyone interested in getting healthy & trimming some inches, and some tips to lose weight fast?
Being Fat:
If you wish to lose weight, you absolutely need to be committed to the cause.
No crisis or situation is important enough to cause you to go back to stuffing yourself with sugar, fast & starches. Be ruled by your brain & give up your love affair with your stomach.
Also, at some point during every day, you will be walking, running or exercising faithfully for at least 45 minutes.

Toenail fungus...
Gosh, that doesn't sound good in any context, does it?
Well, it's not. It's unsightly, can create an awful aroma that wafts from your nails, socks or shoes, and can be painful to boot.
It's important that your foot health is taken very seriously, because those two feet of yours is what you have to walk on every day for the rest of your life.
Also referred to medically as onychomycosis, fungi that affect toenails can also affect the nail beds of your fingers.

If you say you've never had an issue with sweat marks in your life, as a woman, you're lying...
I don't believe it. It's something that me, as well as all my close girlfriends and women in my family have spoken about and shared our secrets with each other.
We all want to stop underarms sweat sometimes, don't we?
I don't mind sweating. I loved living in Australia & in the Southern USA. Summer is my favorite season. I love working hard in the yard, playing sports, going for a run, wrestling Read more [...]
A while back, my parents and I did a bit of a wine tour of our scenic, local wineries in Niagara.
I loved the wine I tasted at Stonechurch Vineyards, and we had a bit of a stroll through their gift shop area.
Mom and I found these very interesting little soaps made from wine.
Their soaps are called "Fruit of the Vine Wine Soap" from Stonechurch Vineyards, made of a glycerine base.
They had a wide variety of brilliant and beautiful colors to choose from, so we grabbed a few.

Tonight, I used the very last bit of Pikake Lei Body Wash from Bubble Shack Hawaii in the shower...
...I was very sad as this is one of the most fantastic scents I've ever smelled, especially for a beauty product.
It's tropical, floral, sweet and amazing, to say the least.
The bottle I've shown you on the left in this post is their 5-in-1 Wash for Hands, Hair, Body and the Face, as well as a Bubble Bath enhanced with Aloe and Shea. It's also organic!
It has a great lather and I especially Read more [...]

I then went on to train @ Seneca College in their youth accelerated sports programs with most of the athletes already on or training to be on the Canadian teams in either artistic gymnastics, Read more [...]

The very first thing I like to go over when coaching young softball pitchers is to address how they grip their fastball and explain to them the reasons why the grip I teach works.
The horseshoe, two-seam grip is what is most beneficial when throwing a proper fastball with proper technique.
This is the place to begin...How you hold the ball. You can gain much speed simply by gripping the ball in the most advantageous manner available for a fastpitch softball pitcher.
