Our New House!

My husband and I have a contract in on a house down here in Dallas right now – to actually live in ourselves for a change! LOL…
We look at houses on a daily basis for our real estate investing and don’t really get our feathers ruffled by any pretty houses…However, when both of us saw this one – we both knew it had to be ours because we were oohing & ahhing every few seconds and just couldn’t stop thinking about it!
We have been waiting almost 1 week for the bank to tell us if they’ll accept this offer. It’s a foreclosed property, so in this case no news is good news because they are required to tell us if there are any other offers on the table…
We’ve been out to see “our house” almost every single day since we saw it online the first time…it has to be ours. We’re sure this is where life is taking us…
We are already planning the fix-up and the materials we’ll use – the things we want to change, upgrade or restore.
We’ve been praying as a family that this deal comes through and we are so very excited to start the fix-up on it! I’ll be including photos when we get this house of the progress of our rehab work!
Can’t wait to hear that it’s ours!
