If you don't already know, I am a serious movie lover...
I don't have a lot of time to myself since I've been so very busy working online, modeling & acting.
However, in the rare chance I get some good free time, I greatly enjoy watching movies of almost any kind. I'm not crazy about horror movies, but love thrillers...
My mother enjoys crocheting, and will watch movies while she does so - so I often get to watch movies in the background of what I'm working on online too.

I've been really digging the vampire movies lately and it's such a perfect season for them.
I also love karate movies and this is the perfect combination. No doubt, it will be a great movie!

My hubby and I didn't go to see the movie "Damage" in theaters, and it's about to come out on DVD soon.
It looks like it could be a good one to rent.
It's got action and wrestling star, "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, in it and it seems like a good story line.
Check out his preview:
I know it's an action/fighting movie and I'm a chick, but I still like a little bit of aggression every now and again - in fact, we watched Rambo last night! LOL

Have you tried using a Red Box yet?
RedBox is a machine, often found in or outside of your local grocery stores, convenience stores, super stores or drug stores that you can rent newly released and classic movie DVDs for $1 per night.
You have to use your credit card, so be prepared. You scroll through that machine's collection and choose your movie(s) for the night.
You'll receive it out of a little slot in the machine, which is also where you'll return the DVD to.
You will be Read more [...]
Yes, we went to the movies yesterday, as we usually do, and I have some great reviews for you this week!
1. X-Men Origins - Basically, the Wolverine movie and IT ROCKED! It was fabulous. Hugh Jackman did a wonderful job and I really enjoyed Gambit too! Interesting, power packed with action sequences and special effects! It was awesome! 5 stars
2. Ghosts of Girlfriends Past - This was really sweet, really funny and quite touching. Matthew McConaughey and Jennifer Garner (along with Michael Read more [...]
So, we rented movies last weekend as usual, and we got "You Don't Mess With The Zohan" and "Hitman".
I'll talk about Zohan in a subsequent post, but for now, I want to speak on "Hitman".
I didn't really want to see this movie. In fact, I kept passing it up for a few months now, so it seems, at Blockbuster.
My hubby had seen a few snippets while visiting some family and this was his choice of movie.
I must say, I was extremely surprised at how good that movie was. Maybe it was the cover Read more [...]
We saw Eagle Eye this week and what did I think?
Well, it was a great movie, intense, full of action and had a plot with something new...
Technology today allows us to be reached by so many methods...Cell phones, pagers, PDAs, computers, and that's just personal devices...
This movie shows you in a blunt way that if the government really wanted to track us, they could in a heart beat with little trouble at all. They can monitor us, even when we don't think we're being monitored.

Last night, we watched "The Eye" with Jessica Alba. Now, I've liked Jessica Alba since she first starred in Dark Angel on television.
The previews made us think that this movie might be a little too scary for me to watch, but we pursued it. I said we'd just turn it off if I couldn't handle it...LOL...
I was a little worried at times, but it was all good.
Pleasantly surprised at how good the movie was, and the great story line behind the movie impressed us.
We thought it might just be Read more [...]
Featuring Diane Keaton, Queen Latifah, Katie Holmes and Ted Danson, Mad Money is entertaining.
It's about some ordinary financially struggling families and individuals that finally find a way to get ahead in life...by stealing money from a federal reserve bank...
The story is all about the planning, executing and situations that arise because of their crime...
We enjoyed this comedy, but got a little frustrated that the story line dragged along for a while...They could've cut out some Read more [...]

Well, it's The Lord Of The Rings Trilogy! Yup...I am a Rings freak!
I could not even begin to tell you how many times we have watched all 3 movies in our household...Good thing everyone in the house is just as crazy for it!
If you have never ever seen The Lord Of The Rings, it is a serious MUST! The acting, for every character, is superb! The videography is wonderful, the New Zealand scenery is amazing, and the special Read more [...]
Okay...I must admit...
I have been passing up 2 movies at the video store for weeks now...They just didn't seem to do it for me...
I convinced myself to rent them the other night, as we were looking for movies to watch, and we've pretty much seen everything else...I succumbed...
1. The Kite Runner:
This movie's cover and the movie name do not do it justice! Not one of us really wanted to rent it...I happened to see a preview on another movie for The Kite Runner, and it looked great, Read more [...]
