So, I learned something new yesterday that I didn't realize before from Farhana of Maquillage by Farhana, while she was doing my make-up.
She told me that you can lightly apply sunscreen on the ends of your hair to protect them from the sun's damaging rays.
Farhana says this prevents your hair drying out and causing split ends.

Yesterday, I had a long day of shooting in Toronto for a South Asian Bridal line called Dhaagay by Madiha Malik, which, I must say, is beautiful!
We all had such a great time yesterday shooting with Wali Photography, and working with the numerous make-up artists & hair stylists.
I think just about all of them had helped me at some point, but Farhana of Maquillage by Farhana did my make-up for the entire shoot for Dhaagay, and Sheeba K. of K Studio Make Up did my hair for half the shoot.

I had the opportunity to do a photo shoot with Shabi's women's clothing store in Toronto yesterday.
Not only did I have the honor of walking the runway for them in Toronto's International Fashion Fest back in November, 2011, but they called me in to do a photo shoot for them for this season's campaigns.

When I'm looking for a body lotion, I prefer ones that are non-greasy and smell amazing and "fresh".

What many of you may not know is that I love to cook. In fact, I have my own cooking website, CookingWithKimberly.com
Seeing that I spend a lot of time in Texas, we eat a lot of Tex-Mex & fabulous authentic Mexican food, especially wonderful during Cinco de Mayo festivities.
What's very unfortunate is that spicy food, topped with lime, mucho margaritas, or mucho cerveza can cause upset tummies, tummy aches and indigestion at it's best.

I stumbled across this online beauty supply the other day when I was searching for Hair Brushes.
I was impressed with the selection they had on the site in not just brushes, but in any category you can think of for beauty supplies.
Now, I wish I had checked online before looking at new Hair Dryers at the local Shopper's Drug Mart in a pinch. It would have been worth the wait to get something I would have preferred, of better quality and power, not to mention a cheaper price.

I just finished a jar of Nightly Improvement Treatment Formula from Joan Rivers Results Skin Care my mother gave me to try.
I'm not sure what to say about it - I don't like the smell...but my mother loves it! She says it smells fresh & clean to her.
I felt as though it worked satisfactorily, but nothing over and above a bottle of "oil of beauty" from WalMart.
My husband hates the smell of it - in fact, he almost has an allergic reaction if he comes in contact with it...

If you don't already know, I am a serious movie lover...
I don't have a lot of time to myself since I've been so very busy working online, modeling & acting.
However, in the rare chance I get some good free time, I greatly enjoy watching movies of almost any kind. I'm not crazy about horror movies, but love thrillers...

I hate giving bad reviews. I like to follow the motto of "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all."
However, I absolutely cannot let others use this product and have the same result as I got.
Because of the increase in stress in my life recently, from becoming host of a reality TV show - Model Rage International, opening up my own modeling & talent agency, and working on my jewelry line, I have had some breakouts on my face this week.
