BeeHive As a woman, and especially a model, I wear make-up. Many photo shoots & projects require extensive make-up for special effects, or for the glamorous look, or creative shoots. There are times where the make-up feels like it weighs 10 lbs, and feels caked on, and it can be very difficult to effectively remove this make-up Last night, upon returning home from an entire day of shooting, after 6 looks, my face was caked with serious make-up and by the last look, my eyes were very smokey and Read more [...]

Diva s So, I learned something new yesterday that I didn't realize before from Farhana of Maquillage by Farhana, while she was doing my make-up. She told me that you can lightly apply sunscreen on the ends of your hair to protect them from the sun's damaging rays. Farhana says this prevents your hair drying out and causing split ends. In other words, use a light sunscreen that's easy to apply and thin in nature, so you don't grease up and weigh hair down, but so that it protects your hair from Read more [...]

Arbonne Unwind Body Lotion - Kimberly-Edwards.com When I'm looking for a body lotion, I prefer ones that are non-greasy and smell amazing and "fresh". This past year, a local Arbonne consultant, Lesley Dionissopoulos, took part as a sponsor for the “Living Pink Through Fashion” Show for Breast Cancer at Crystal Beach, Ontario. Hair Dryer I stumbled across this online beauty supply the other day when I was searching for Hair Brushes. I was impressed with the selection they had on the site in not just brushes, but in any category you can think of for beauty supplies. Now, I wish I had checked online before looking at new Hair Dryers at the local Shopper's Drug Mart in a pinch. It would have been worth the wait to get something I would have preferred, of better quality and power, not to mention a cheaper price. I mean, check Read more [...]

Clear Zit I hate giving bad reviews. I like to follow the motto of "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all." However, I absolutely cannot let others use this product and have the same result as I got. Because of the increase in stress in my life recently, from becoming host of a reality TV show - Model Rage International, opening up my own modeling & talent agency, and working on my jewelry line, I have had some breakouts on my face this week. I can't afford to have Read more [...]

I've had accupuncture a few times for various reasons... However, the biggest reason for any accupuncture is to repair your body so it performs optimally. Accupuncture keeps your body's vital energy, or Qi, flowing in harmony through your body. I'm posting a helpful article from Alexis Gould today to help everyone with their eyeliner application and to let them know what options they have by way of different types of eyeliners. Personally, I don't wear much eyeliner, only liquid above the upper lashes in everyday life.
