A while back, my parents and I did a bit of a wine tour of our scenic, local wineries in Niagara.
I loved the wine I tasted at Stonechurch Vineyards, and we had a bit of a stroll through their gift shop area.
Mom and I found these very interesting little soaps made from wine.
Their soaps are called "Fruit of the Vine Wine Soap" from Stonechurch Vineyards, made of a glycerine base.
They had a wide variety of brilliant and beautiful colors to choose from, so we grabbed a few.

That's right, people...
Today, I'm posting after a bit of a hiatus. With a crazy year of crises, that I certainly won't get into here, there is, and I dare say it prematurely, a sense of control regained, which will allow me to spend more time here. :)
I've been working on 'me' this year...
So, without further adieu...

Tonight, I used the very last bit of Pikake Lei Body Wash from Bubble Shack Hawaii in the shower...
...I was very sad as this is one of the most fantastic scents I've ever smelled, especially for a beauty product.
It's tropical, floral, sweet and amazing, to say the least.
The bottle I've shown you on the left in this post is their 5-in-1 Wash for Hands, Hair, Body and the Face, as well as a Bubble Bath enhanced with Aloe and Shea. It's also organic!
It has a great lather and I especially Read more [...]
Sometimes I wish I was a kid again...
My parents took me to Disney World in Orlando, Florida when I was maybe 7 years old. I returned when I was about 26 years old and had a lot of fun.
On days like today, where the grind has been getting to me a little bit, and the weather is starting to cool off outside here in Canada, I start dreaming of warm weather destinations and I may even start looking up some cheap travel packages online too.
One idea I had was to search Disney World vacation packages Read more [...]
If you travel a lot, especially somewhere you are going for business or don't know anyone in the surrounding vicinity, then you are often taking shuttles to hotels and other destinations from the airport.
Well, instead of traveling in a taxi, or a "budget" minivan or bus, try out a limousine service.
They are often around the same flat rate price as a taxi, and are often sitting around the airport arrivals section outside to transport you here and there on a reservation & walk-up basis.

If you have never seen the PinkBattle.com website, you ought to head on over there.
It's a great place to see current trends in everything from fashion to lifestyle, sports and everything in between.
What you can do is "picture battle" by choosing which photo in a battle you feel wins.
For instance, it may have a photo of Coke or Pepsi, a beach destination & a ski lodge, or a photo of Brad Pitt & one of George Clooney. You vote for your fave.
Basically, you are deciding whether Read more [...]
This afternoon, for the first time in 21 years, I am going to be coaching gymnastics.
Many of you may not be aware that I trained in both artistic and rhythmic gymnastics when I was younger.
I won 5 gold medals in the Ontario Winter Games...can't remember the year just off hand...in rhythmic gymnastics.
I then went on to train @ Seneca College in their youth accelerated sports programs with most of the athletes already on or training to be on the Canadian teams in either artistic gymnastics, Read more [...]
As many of you may already know, I'm quite an adventurous girl when it comes to travel and travel experiences.
I have swam with whale sharks, been in the water with crocodiles bigger than our boat, swam in jellyfish infested waters, para-sailed over the Everglades, hot air ballooned, and so much more I couldn't even get into it all here.
Yes, that's me in that photo to your right hand side. It's a photo of me trekking through King's Canyon in Central Australia back in the 90s. What an experience!
However, Read more [...]
Well, it is certainly wedding season, and it's in full swing.
Many of my friends and loved ones have gotten married this season, some of which instituted destination weddings on islands, or other cool places in the USA or Canada.
No matter where you go or how you get married, you will certainly need a photographer.
Some friends of mine in Florida had mentioned Eikon Imagery by Anthony Elias to handle Wedding Photography Miami-style.
Who doesn't want to get married in a more tropical setting? Read more [...]

Last month, I had a photo shoot with Jia Naveed of Jia's Photography for a South Asian jewelry designer, Sai Vachan Creations.
To read more about the shoot for Sai Vachan Creations, check out the link in this sentence.
After the shoot, we decided to continue to shoot without the jewelry for fun too, and came up with some amazing images. Jia is indeed a talented photographer with a very fresh eye for style.
